Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose and scope
Marketplace ClipClap is a multi-vendor marketplace operated by Optigroup (SPRL), registered in Belgium under VAT number BE0456984816.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Marketplace ClipClap and any buyer ("the Customer") making a purchase on the platform. By validating an order, the Customer unconditionally accepts these Terms.
2. Third-party sellers
Marketplace ClipClap acts as an intermediary between buyers and independent third-party sellers ("the Sellers"). Each Seller is responsible for the items they offer, their compliance with descriptions, and order fulfilment.
Marketplace ClipClap cannot be held liable for a Seller's failures but commits to facilitating dispute resolution between buyers and Sellers.
3. Order process
The Customer selects items, adds them to the cart, provides delivery and billing details, then proceeds to secure payment. The order is confirmed by email. The sales contract is deemed concluded upon payment validation.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros including VAT. Marketplace ClipClap reserves the right to change prices at any time. The applicable prices are those displayed at the time of order validation.
Payment is made online by credit/debit card via Stripe. Marketplace ClipClap does not store any card data.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are shown on each product page and summarised in the cart. Each Seller is responsible for shipping their items. In case of delay or delivery issue, the Customer should contact the Seller directly or Marketplace ClipClap customer support.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Belgian and EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU), the Customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the relevant Seller before the deadline expires. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless the Seller states otherwise.
7. Legal guarantees
All items sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects under Belgian civil law. These guarantees apply to the Seller.
8. Liability
Marketplace ClipClap's liability is limited to the amount of the order in question. Marketplace ClipClap cannot be held liable for indirect damages.
9. Disputes
In case of dispute, the Customer may use the Belgian Mediation Service for Consumers or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [CITY].
