Processing is based on contract performance (orders), consent (newsletters), legal obligation (accounting) and legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention).

• Order data: 10 years (Belgian accounting obligation)
• Connection logs: 12 months

6. Recipients

Your data is shared with Sellers involved in your orders (delivery details only). It is never sold to third parties.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, and object to your data. To exercise your rights: support@clipclap.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your data: HTTPS encryption, bcrypt password hashing, restricted data access.
