Returns and Refunds Policy
General principle — Multi-vendor marketplace
Marketplace ClipClap is a marketplace: each item is sold and shipped by an independent Seller. Return policies may vary by Seller. Marketplace ClipClap ensures all Sellers comply with minimum legal requirements.
Legal right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under EU and Belgian law, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason.
How to return an item
- Log in to your account and find the relevant order
- Contact the Seller via the order, stating your wish to return
- The Seller will provide shipping instructions
- Return the item in its original condition and packaging
- The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return
Return costs
Unless stated otherwise in the Seller's listing, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. If the item is defective or not as described, return costs are borne by the Seller.
Non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned by nature (personalised products, perishables, unsealed software...). This is specified on the relevant product page.
Refunds
Refunds are made via the original payment method (credit/debit card via Stripe) within 14 days of the Seller receiving and verifying the return.
Defective or non-conforming item
If you have a problem, contact us at support@clipclap.be and we will help mediate with the Seller.
